Refund policy

All sales are final as most of my items are custom and/or printed on demand. However, in the event that you receive a damaged item, please let me know within 7 days of receiving your order and I will happily exchange or refund it. The benefit of ordering from a small business is that there is a real-life human on the other side of the screen, and I take tremendous pride in delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If an issue arises, send me photos upon receiving your order so we can come up with the best possible resolution of your issue. Things happen and my goal is to make it right if you aren't satisfied with the product(s) you ordered.
